Security Officer

This role is responsible for ensuring safety and security throughout the Outpatient grounds by conducting regular rounds, monitoring building access, and responding to behavioral incidents using trauma-informed approaches. The position requires maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff while accurately documenting safety concerns and incidents. The individual will also assist in de-escalation efforts and uphold confidentiality and program safety procedures.
