Security Officer

The Security Officer maintains the security and safety of people and property at ThedaCare campuses by patrolling areas, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to emergencies. This role serves as a liaison for the safety department, troubleshoots facilities management calls after hours, and collaborates with patient care to create safety plans for team members and patients. The position requires investigating security incidents, managing de-escalation situations, and coordinating with emergency services during disasters.
