Security Operations Analyst

This role involves monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents and operational alerts across client environments as the first line of defense within the ITOC. The position requires active management of security monitoring tools, incident response activities, and IT service management platforms to ensure network and infrastructure security. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, manage server backups, and support privileged access management while working on a rotating shift schedule.
