Security Operations Center Officer

The Dispatcher will secure and record information regarding emergency and non-emergency requests for service under the direction of the Security Shift Manager at Palms Casino Resort. Using voice radio and computer-aided dispatch systems, this role coordinates equipment deployment, maintains communication with security personnel, and serves as a liaison with other departments. Key duties include managing alarm systems, entering call data into databases, and determining appropriate unit responses based on hazard levels and location.
