Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager

The SOC Manager will lead daily security operations, overseeing internal and MSSP-supported monitoring, alert triage, investigation, and incident response while advancing the Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR platform. This role focuses on improving detection quality, automation, KPI/KRI reporting, and developing SOC analysts to enhance the organization’s cyber defense capabilities.
