About this role

The Security Operations Lead at Replit is responsible for building and maturing a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) that focuses on detection, response, and integration of AI-based SOC technologies in a cloud-native environment. This role encompasses oversight of monitoring across multi-cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and SaaS services, as well as leading a global SOC team in triage, threat analysis, and detection engineering. Additionally, the lead must ensure operational rigor in processes, quality standards, and work closely with various teams to enhance security posture and compliance.
