Security Operations Manager

The Security Operations Lead at Northwood will build and own the Security Operations Center (SOC) from the ground up, establishing detection and threat hunting programs for mission-critical space communications infrastructure. This senior leadership role requires deep hands-on experience in SIEM engineering, incident response, and team management within a highly regulated, dual-use government environment. The successful candidate will develop custom detection logic, lead forensic investigations, and automate security workflows using Python and Bash while mentoring analysts.
