Security Ops & Safety Trainer

The Public Safety Trainer 3 serves as the State Board of Workers' Compensation's Head of Security and lead public safety instructor, responsible for agency security operations, criminal investigations, and emergency preparedness. This role involves developing and delivering law enforcement, firearms, workplace safety, and security training programs while acting as the agency's subject matter expert for security and public safety matters. The position collaborates with internal and external law enforcement partners to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, judges, and visitors.
