Security-Per Diem

The Security-Per Diem role is responsible for promoting and guarding community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry while meeting or exceeding service standards. The position involves conducting safety and security inspections, patrolling community buildings and grounds, and responding to security calls and emergencies. The role requires interacting with residents and staff in a courteous manner and may involve driving community vehicles and assisting with resident transportation.
