Security Protective Force Officer

The Protective Force Officer (PFO) at the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is a non-armed security professional who supports the Laboratory Protection Operations group in maintaining a safe, secure campus environment for staff, visitors, and collaborators. The role operates within a mission-driven energy research laboratory subject to DOE requirements and federal access controls. The position works rotating shifts and participates in NLR’s broader emergency preparedness and security programs.
