About this role

As a Security Specialist on the ESET Threat Intelligence team, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert for threat intelligence services and integrations. You will assist customers and partners in operationalizing threat intelligence data within their security ecosystems through deployment guidance, automation, and technical consultation. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance integration capabilities and platform improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in ESET threat intelligence platforms and data feeds.
Assist customers with the integration and operationalization of threat intelligence data within security ecosystems.
Provide technical guidance on threat intelligence data models, schemas, and intelligence consumption best practices.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows supporting threat intelligence ingestion and enrichment.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance integration capabilities and data delivery mechanisms.
