Security Subject Matter Expert

This role serves as a subject matter expert in security procedures and audit compliance, responding to SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 external audits while supporting threat and vulnerability management. The position involves conducting identity access reviews, ensuring application security procedures meet business requirements, and overseeing the implementation of access controls to safeguard sensitive information. Additionally, the role includes developing security procedures, coordinating corporate security programs, and providing leadership to less experienced personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in a HIPAA environment, particularly with Medicaid, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
