Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and supervision for Security Officers and Dispatchers, ensuring the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the casino and resort property. This role involves managing routine operations and emergency situations, enforcing company policies and gaming regulations, and supporting safety programs and OSHA compliance efforts. The position serves as a working leader and primary escalation point for incidents, guest issues, and employee concerns during assigned shifts.
