Security Systems Operations Technician

The Security Systems Operations Technician supports the operation, maintenance, and accuracy of all security technology systems at the Arts Complex, including access control, credentialing workflows, CCTV evidence retrieval, and key management tools. This hands-on technical role focuses on system integrity and operational administration, performing daily technical tasks, system configurations, audits, and documentation to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality security data. The position works closely with the Security Program Administrator to execute system-level activities that support events, investigations, and emergency response.
