Security TAM

The Security TAM for Lightwell serves as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues and accelerate software development lifecycles. This role acts as the primary interface between Lightwell customers and Red Hat engineering, focusing on security best practices, OS patching, and mentoring customer teams. The position involves developing solution patterns, contributing to knowledge bases, and ensuring long-term enterprise success through strategic advisory and technical support.
