Security/Medical Responder

The Security/Medical Responder is responsible for responding to all Independent Living PET and emergency calls on campus while conducting security patrols to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors. The role requires maintaining current EMT or First Aid/CPR/AED certifications and documenting all emergency calls in the Electronic Medical Record. This position also involves monitoring fire alarms, cameras, and emergency codes, and providing assistance to the nursing department as needed.
