Security/Scale Operator

The role is a full‑time position at the Tyson Berry Street plant responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound traffic, handling phone calls, and providing coverage at the scale house and team member entrance posts. The employee will maintain paperwork, perform lot checks, enforce Tyson policies, and rotate to other posts as needed while communicating with plant management, drivers, vendors, and customers.
