This role drives business growth in the Industrial Heating & Cooling segment across the NEA region through market development, strategic partnership building, and customer engagement. The position focuses on expanding industrial heating applications, including heat pumps and decarbonization initiatives, while strengthening market position and accelerating penetration. Key activities include identifying emerging applications, building relationships with EPC contractors and OEMs, and collaborating with global product teams to develop aligned solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop emerging applications and strategic accounts to drive long-term business growth
Build strategic relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs
Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to develop aligned solutions
Maintain pipeline visibility and opportunity management through Salesforce CRM
Act as the NEA Segment Champion by driving knowledge sharing and best-practice deployment
