Segment Engineer

This hands-on, hunter-focused sales role is responsible for developing profitable new business and strengthening SKF's position with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and semiconductor customers across Malaysia. The role involves owning and developing a defined portfolio, combining proactive prospecting, technical engagement, and strategic account development to win new equipment programmes and long-term supply relationships. The position requires protecting existing OEM business, winning competitor share, and identifying untapped customers while working closely with internal engineering and product teams.
