SEL Framework Lead

This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive K–12 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) framework aligned with international standards, integrating it into daily classroom practices, and training staff on SEL pedagogy. The position requires establishing student well-being systems, developing mental health policies, and creating assessment tools to monitor student emotional and social development. Additionally, the role includes conducting parent workshops, supporting students with behavioral interventions, and representing the school in national and international forums to position it as a progressive institution.
