Select Business Service Manager

The Select Business Service Manager leads a team of 12 to 18 Account Managers and Team Leads, overseeing the service delivery for small commercial business accounts on behalf of Select Business Advisors. This role is accountable for team performance, service quality, and employee development while ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and proactive service throughout the insurance lifecycle. The position focuses on driving client retention and growth through exceptional service and strategic advisor partnerships.
