Select Guest Liaison

This role serves as the primary guest liaison for Select Guests, responsible for developing proactive personal and professional relationships to ensure a memorable and personalized stay. The position involves acting as an advocate and point of contact for all Select Guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating special amenities and requests across hotel departments. Additionally, the role includes conducting loyalty program training, promoting the program to non-members, and assisting with Front Office operations as needed.
