Self Direction Coordinator

The Self Direction Coordinator assists individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families in utilizing self-direct services by implementing approved budgets and facilitating payments for goods and services. This role requires strong customer service skills to ensure service effectiveness and efficiency while acting as a liaison between individuals, brokers, and OPWDD. The position involves monitoring budget utilization, supporting staff recruitment and payroll, and maintaining accurate service documentation.
