Self-Direction Services Support Broker

Arise / EFR is seeking an OPWDD Authorized Self-Direction Support Broker to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in creating and administering their self-direction budgets and service plans. The role involves supervising and training direct support staff, assisting families with budget management, and participating in planning team meetings. This position requires current OPWDD Support Broker Authorization and reliable transportation for in-person meetings.
