Responsibilities

• Lead self-perform concrete and general trades operations
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors
• Sequence field work to meet project schedules
• Establish and monitor weekly production goals
• Track installed quantities and field production performance
• Oversee trade labor assignments and productivity
• Support hiring and staffing for trade teams
• Build relationships with labor sources
• Plan logistics, scheduling, and safety compliance
• Resolve field issues related to procedures and labor
• Develop safety planning in compliance with codes
• Ensure daily pre-task planning and hazard analysis
• Supervise trade forepersons and provide feedback
• Communicate with owners, architects, and project leadership
• Manage work-in-place estimates and subcontractor payments
• Confirm work compliance with contract documents and specifications
• Review take-offs and evaluate constructability challenges
• Support estimating and bidding efforts
• Use lean construction planning methods
