Self-Perform Project Manager / Estimator

This role serves as the critical link between Preconstruction and Field Operations, ensuring accurate pricing, efficient project execution, and strong financial performance from bid through closeout. The position offers a ground-floor opportunity to help build the crews, standards, and culture while leveraging real-world crew productivity data to develop competitive estimates and manage project budgets.
