Self-Sufficiency Advocate - PT - Remote

The Self-Sufficiency Advocate provides mentorship, advocacy, and steady support to young adults aged 18–21 who have aged out of foster care or are eligible for PAL services. This part-time, fully remote role involves traveling to northwestern Iowa counties to help participants build stability, confidence, and independence through case management, safety assessments, and coordinated care. The advocate works closely with community partners to ensure compliance, documentation, and access to essential services like housing, education, and healthcare.
