Selling Team Leader

The Selling Team Leader is a full‑time position responsible for supporting the Store Team Leader in developing and executing business strategy and daily store operations. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, maintaining visual and operational standards, and ensuring safety and asset protection. The leader also recruits talent, manages performance, and contributes to financial success through analysis and strategic decision‑making.
