Semiconductor Process Technician

Southeastern Cyber LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Process Technician to execute fabrication recipes for Phase I test structures. This role involves hands-on cleanroom work and electrical characterization to validate novel microelectronics layouts. The position requires performing lithography, deposition, and etching steps on silicon wafers, as well as conducting SEM metrology and parametric testing. The technician will document process data and maintain strict custody of SEC masks and designs.
