Semiconductor Supplier Delivery Performance Management

The Semiconductor Supplier Optimization Leader develops and executes supplier and sourcing strategies to strengthen supply continuity, improve delivery performance, and enhance cost competitiveness for semiconductor and electronic components. The role involves managing supplier delivery performance, driving On-Time Delivery (OTD), handling critical supply escalations, and monitoring market and supplier risks. This position serves as a key link between suppliers, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners, and internal stakeholders to influence decisions and drive measurable improvements in supply, cost, quality, and customer outcomes.
