SENCO for EOTAS

This role involves leading and developing Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Leicestershire. The SENCO will collaborate with schools, alternative providers, and families to create effective educational pathways and ensure high-quality provision that meets EHCP outcomes. The position focuses on quality assurance, supporting transitions into Post-16 education, and championing inclusive practices for vulnerable learners.
