SEND Officer

The SEND Officer role involves managing a caseload of EHCPs and high needs SEND Support plans while line managing Bridge provision and ELSA assistants. The position requires a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory safeguarding guidance to support vulnerable students and collaborate with external agencies. This full-time position is part of a growing multi-academy trust offering professional development through the Outwood Institute of Education.
