SEND Teacher

The SEND Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This role involves creating a safe, structured environment while working collaboratively with staff, professionals, and families to support academic, social, and emotional development. The position requires implementing EHCPs, monitoring pupil progress, and utilizing trauma-informed approaches to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
