Part of Baxter's Regional Controlling organization, this role focuses on ensuring accounting, statutory, and tax compliance for entities within scope while supporting regional financial reporting and process improvements. The position partners with local, regional, and global teams to uphold financial integrity and controls. Based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model, the role begins on a fixed-term contract with the possibility to convert to an indefinite contract.
