Senior Accountant (Employee benefits)

A Senior Accountant in the Employee Benefits Accounting Team at Medtronic's Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is responsible for overseeing employee benefit accounting for Diabetes International. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting across multiple geographies and supporting process optimization in SAP S/4HANA. It partners closely with HR, corporate and local finance teams, BPO partner Accenture, auditors, and IT during the Diabetes business separation activities.
