Senior Accountant, Payroll

The Payroll Accountant provides accounting, financial, and administrative support to Idaho State University’s payroll operations, including assisting with biweekly payroll processing and maintaining accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This on-campus position reports to the AVP of Finance and works closely with the Payroll Manager and HR team to ensure payroll redundancy and flexibility. The role requires managing payroll transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting payroll-related projects and process improvements.
