Senior Accountant

A Senior Accountant at Central is responsible for managing accounting for a portfolio of early-stage, venture-backed startups. The role involves reviewing and improving workflows from offshore bookkeepers, acting as the primary accounting contact for clients, and collaborating with the Head of Accounting to design scalable systems that integrate accounting with tax. The Senior Accountant will also work with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and standardize processes to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of accounting experience, is tech-savvy, and possesses strong communication skills.
