Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant at Reflect is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including overseeing the full Accounts Payable and Receivables processes, maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, and supporting month-end close activities. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and preparation of reports for leadership, as well as participation in payroll processing and annual tax filings. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
