This role involves supporting month-end close processes, managing lease accounting under ASC 842, and collaborating with property management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities

Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries in accordance with GAAP
Perform month-end general ledger review for accuracy and completeness
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and fixed asset updates
Execute operating and finance lease schedules under ASC 842
Assist with annual audit and tax return preparation cycles

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3 - 5 years of accounting experience
