Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant reports to the Director of Finance and manages the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, and payroll processing. This hands-on role involves overseeing core accounting functions, supporting benefits administration, and contributing to annual budgeting and forecasting. The position serves as a technical resource and mentor to accounting staff while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
