Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant performs advanced professional accounting work to support the University’s financial reporting and accounting operations, including complex general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role serves as a key accounting resource to the Controller, providing guidance and backup support across Finance functions while ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end close processes. The position requires independent research and resolution of accounting issues, analysis of financial information, and collaboration with various University departments to maintain accurate financial records.
