Senior Accountant

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, this role performs professional accounting duties related to the development and improvement of the accounting system, practices, and procedures. The position prepares and provides financial information to County Departments, maintains accounts receivable and general ledger systems, and oversees payables and payroll functions. The role also involves performing internal audits, assisting with annual audits, and supporting the supervision and training of personnel.
