Senior Accountant

Hillwood Investment Properties is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage accounting and reporting for assigned development and operating properties from acquisition through disposition. The role involves overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, managing development and operating property accounting, and supporting business compliance and process improvement initiatives. This position requires strong technical accounting fundamentals and the ability to analyze complex real estate transactions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
