Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant ensures the accuracy and compliance of the credit union's accounting records and reports by reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data. This role administers advanced accounting processes, prepares tax returns and audited financial statements, and supports audit processes while coordinating with other departments. The position also involves assisting with department reports, performing backup processes for the ALM Analyst, and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
