Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee Factor’s global accounting operations across the U.S., U.K., and Poland and own the consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The role is responsible for cash management and forecasting, statutory audits, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting requirements. This position also leads a small accounting team and partners with senior leadership to provide financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. The role sits within a fast-growing, ISO-compliant, professional services environment focused on Integrated Law.
