Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager leads the Business Unit accounting team and serves as a key partner to the Business Unit Controller, overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, internal controls, compliance, technical accounting, and audit support. This role collaborates with operational leadership, FP&A, and the Canton Office to provide accounting expertise, drive process improvements, support business decision-making, and develop accounting talent. The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the team.
