Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager will own technical accounting, close, and consolidation processes across Focused Energy's German and US entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and German GAAP. This role involves leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, delivering accurate financial statements, and strengthening internal controls and accounting policies. The position requires hands-on experience with ERP systems and the ability to drive process improvements and automation within a fast-paced startup environment.
