About this role

The Senior Activities & Events Associate supports the delivery of excellent guest experiences across Activities & Events, Ritz Kids, and The Marina. Reporting to the Assistant Entertainment & Events Director, this role involves planning, coordinating, and executing onboard programming while providing guidance to the Activities & Events Associates. The position also assists with scheduling Ritz Kids programming and ensures the safe operation of The Marina.

Responsibilities

Supports delivery of guest experiences across activities, events, and marina operations
Plans and coordinates Ritz Kids programming and maintains inventory
Ensures safety standards and operates watersports equipment for guests

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Children's Education, Fitness, Recreation, Tourism, Art, or HistoryValid Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW)Valid Lifeguard certificationValid RYA Powerboat Level II CertificateValid CPR and First Aid certification
