About this role

The Senior Actuary at Transamerica will serve as a technical subject matter expert on capital, asset adequacy, and regulatory developments, handling C3P1 reporting and U.S. statutory regulatory filings such as AG 53 and AG 55. The role involves preparing regulatory filings, supporting actuarial projects, and collaborating with Actuarial, Risk, ALM, Investments, and Tax teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare AG53 and AG55 regulatory filings and analysis
Own quarterly RBC C3P1 production, controls, and field testing
Support actuarial regulatory projects including PBR, CFT, and related initiatives
Coordinate field tests, industry surveys, and annual regulatory changes
Provide guidance on pricing rates, modeling methodology, and reserving matters
