Senior Administration Specialist

The Senior Administration Specialist provides high-quality administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Office of the CEO, enabling effective functioning and execution of key executive priorities. The role involves trusted support across executive administration, diary and meeting coordination, correspondence, reporting, document preparation, stakeholder engagement, governance processes, events, travel, and general office operations. It requires excellent judgement, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently with senior executives and highly confidential information.
